Arrive to the venue early. Set up takes time - you might want to print your host guide to place on tables if you are spread out over a larger space.

Make sure that if you have a larger group (12 or more) there is a way to separate into smaller groups to have your conversation.

Make sure to leave your venue clean. Wherever possible, we encourage you to recycle. Practice sustainable (eco-friendly) choices!
