Once you have completed the steps in our "How to Change your Password" article, here are a few tips to assist with troubleshooting in case you run into any issues with getting your new password set up.
First, check any of your junk, spam or deleted folders that may have picked up our reset your password email. The subject line reads "Inclusivv password reset" and would come from [email protected].
Second, there is a chance you had an account in the past but it has since been archived due to inactivity. If you have not logged into the Inclusivv platform in the last 2 years then you can expect your account has been deleted for data privacy reasons and your inactivity. If this could be the case, create a new account using your email again. It'll just be a few quick steps and you can follow the "Creating your Inclusivv account" guide here as well for help. You'll want to click "Log In" then "Sign up Here".
