After logging into your Inclusivv account, click on the "My Conversations" button in the dropdown after clicking on your name.

Next you will want to select the conversation you wish to get the Guest Export file for and click on the "Manage Guest" button.

Now, click on the "More Actions" button and then select "Export Guest CSV".

You can click on the link "here" or on the link "My Downloads" to take you to the download page.

Lastly, select the file you want to download and click on the icon.

You are good to go!
