There are two ways to take your name off the guest list. 

Go to inclusivv.co, make sure you're logged in, go to the "My Conversations" page, find the conversation you rsvp'd to attend, click on that and scroll down until you get to the black ribbon. Then you'll see "I can no longer make it" as shown below. Click that and you're all set.

You can also go to your confirmation email that was sent to you from "[email protected]" after you rsvp'd to the conversation. Below the "conversation details" section of the email, there is text that says "if you can no longer attend, click here". This will then take you to the conversation page and you simply click the link shown above.
